No after sale service – Bumper of car needs repairing

On the 14th of November we purchases a vehicle from Integra Motors Centurion, there are scratches on the bumper that we were told would be fixed. We filled in a form assuring us that this would be taken care of. Since then we have been asking for a date at which we can take the car in so we can arrange other transport. We have asked them a couple of times directly and over the phone about this matter and we have sent multiple emails as well. We are getting no response or help with this issue.
