My first experience was fine , I over paid a bit ,but thats my issue not theirs . I went and booked a second trip , only to be called a day after I paid for it to be told the hotel was not available. they ended up booking me at a higher cost hotel which I did not want originally . I then discovered they are Gate1 travel Not affiliated with Virgin Atlantic , so the site is misleading , I wont use again
