No account but took my money

Brinks bought Select Security out, I tried since March to get information about my alarm system after select security sent me email in February that I needed to upgrade my system OR have a technical come to my home to update my system. A d all of a sudden, my security system stopped working. Paying for services I wasn't receiving. Called Brinks a total of 5 times and everyone said you have no account with us . So I ask for my money back got a call from Summer from Brinks who was rude as *** and tried to charge me a cancellation fee. Stay User's recommendation: BIG NO.
