I no longer have access to my old e-mail address. contacted epic. had sent an email to the old address. indicate that it was not available. according to their "system" it was reachable and I had to contact microsoft. I have indicated that this is not a solution. but they persisted. User's recommendation: AVOID EPIC GAMES.
