No able to get on hold with anyone to help me replace my advantage card

Hi there, I have been trying to get on hold with anyone from customer service to transfer my points to the new card or send me replacement of my old card that I lost. Have been trying for days no one ansver the phone.

Yes, it is virtually impossible to get through to the customer support, emails are answered for a long time, if something urgently needs to be settled, then forget about it.
