I have been contacting healthcare.gov for over 45 days trying to get a 1095 form so I can file taxes. I have offered to send any documentation necessary but they say they have everything they need and I should receive my forms. However, they will not send them as they are not already in my file. I was told an escalation was being done and several times was told it would take 30 days. At 30 days they told me they never said that. It has now been 45 day, tax deadline is here and still no response from them. I am to receive this form by law. I want to file a complaint and I want to receive my forms. What else can I do?
