Took my disabled daughters car in for a factory warranty part recall on July 17th. They didnt bother to read the warranty letter and ran a diagnostic test. The letter states fo run a diagnostic as it will not pinpoint the problem to check it manually. Not until i got firm with the customer service person did they admit they did not manually check the problem. About 3 houes later he called to let me know that becsuse i was so concerned he ordered tbe part. That had been almost 3 monthes ago. I tried working with corporate solutions that was a complete joke and all they did was call twice a week to update me. There still has been no solution i cant get a straight answer from anyone. I was told the part would be in between the 3rd an 5th of oct. I guess i should have askef what year. So here my disabled daughters car sit almost 3 months now and still no one can tell me where is the part ?
