We just bought a new house and got approved by our UnderWriter electrical company and it is been 2 months since we put the report to NYSEG but until today we still waiting and waiting for NYSEG to come and turn our power on. Everyday we've been calling and ask when exactly they gonna turn the power on but all their answered is we dont know when, we cant give you the date. IT'S Summer heatwave n ontop we have a baby and animals and also my husband is sick and he needs the breathing machine and it is disaster situations to live without power cos we have no clue until when we gonna live this way.. and it is almost September and we need hot water to shower. Please help us!
