I booked 4 rooms in Bangkok.the Money is taken from my card And they cancelled by booking... reason being is that no available rooms. Is it not weird that that take the money and check the availability of the rooms later.If no available rooms why dont they notify the customers. Now they say i need to wait two weeks to take my money back.I have to wait min 10 days to book my hotel. this website is absolutely nonsense to book hotels from this useless website. If you dont want to waste your money and your time don't go for it. I will never use them again..
