My clients checks are not being verified. Calling them and was on hold for 1 hour. Someone gave me a wrong fax number on purpose. I have client depending on me and paying me for service, They trusted me with their information and taxes. I am depending on Refund Advantage Tax Service , also i am paying them for service. I will never deal with this company again.
