Nightmare of the Mark III

1

I bought this gun a few years ago. Since owning it less than 1000 rounds have been through it. It is a nightmare to break down and clean. During reassembly the second time something is out of alignment but I cannot get it apart and it is not together properly to fire. I have taken the gun to two gunsmiths both told me I should send to Ruger for service. So I called customer service number in the book. It says to call between 7:00 and 4:00. When first attempt at 7:15 the recording said all employees were in a morning meeting and to call back after 7:35. Second attempt was around 12:15 and said employees were at lunch and to call back after 1:00. Ruger has definitely gone downhill over the years. Whoever engineered this gun should also be fired.
