My wife and daughter just had occasion to have dinner at your location in Bonita Springs Fl. We sat down and gave the waitress our order. My wife and daughter ordered the 3/9.99 special with soup & salad. After what seemed like an eternity the waitress finally brought the soup, salad & dinner all at the same time. If you ate the soup, the dinner got cold, sent the soup back. We were supposed to get dessert with the dinner but the waitress offered a cookie instead. They charged for the cookie. My dinner of Stroganoff was cold. Manager was nasty so I walked out without paying. This is not something I do.
