Nightmare car deal, shady business dealling, false registrations

Purchased a 2018 Chevy Camero Convertible used at 23000, with slight interior damage, that was a fleet vehicle with manufacturers warranty. Had a co signer, which they had us do 2 different contracts, I walked out on the 1st deal and they called me back to work out a great deal where they over valued my trade in by the same amount of money that i gave them CASH down for, gave me a great APR, however, what we didnt see because it was 2 different buyers orders was that on the cosigner, which they made the primary, because the credit score was better, they added different things onto the 2 different contracts, Without permission they added oil changes and tire rotation, which a month later after i had contacted them 3 times regarding the info system which didnt work or connect with my phone, the convertible top leaking, and the headliner, as they referred to it, whichattached to the rear window, detaching. No response from sales person, brought the car in for service at 3 weeks of owning it, no loaner had to lyft it home and uber back that afternoon on a minutes notice, only to get the vehicle back. Info system stillnot working, interior side plastic panels where convertible top mechanisms stored, gauged and separated and the GM denied service was ever in my vehicle. Alex, service coordinator, claimed that radio software had been updated and reset back to factory, however all my info was still in car, and then the next day claimed that it was my Note 9 that was the problem, left without car being fixed after standing there for 3 hours with my disabled son, and re contacted Chevy customer service. 3 complaints were filed, i called EVERY KEY CONTACT LISTED ON GM'S PAGE, INCLUDING CELL PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAILED EVERY CHEVY/GM VP OR EXEC; pAT mORRISEY, DAVID CALDWELL, JOE JACUZZI, MICHELLE MALCHO, ANNE ROBERTS. TO DATE; CAR HAS NOT BEEN FIXED; NO LOANERS FOR FACTORY WARRANTY VEHICLES, AND I AM NOT SURE WHETHER OR NOT THE LAST GUY MATT, CLOSED THE CASE OR NOT BECAUSE GM HASNT RESPONDED. DECEMBER 3, I WENT BACK TO SELLING DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THE CO SIGNER WAS GETTING MY TOLL VIOLATIONS, AND MY STATEMENTS. At the time of purchase we made it very clear, that the cosigner was to only be on loan and not registration for legal reasons for both of us, and potentially damaging for both of us. at the time of signing, we noticed the registration had both names and his address. We corrected, so we thought then and their having the vehicle registered to me ONLY, at my address. Who address corrections later(in the same day) . At the time of purchase, I transfered my plates from my trade in that were in my name SOLEY, and when i picked up the vehicle the next day, when it was supposed to have been detailed and the interior repaired, which was half done, i didnt notice the dates on the plates. So on December 3rd after getting told by Co signer that he got a violation for me, so the vehicle must be in his name, and at his address, I went back to Sami the finance guy at the Dealership, because i had no choice but to have him correct it, and he told me that he printed out a dummy registration because he thought that i wanted to drive around with fictious documention? At that point, he called the business office i guess, and REWROTE A SECOND BUYERS CONTRACT, with half of the incorrect information, and gave me a corrected registration, seeing as this was an ongoing problem, i went to tag agency to verify that this truly was corrected. On dec 21, 2018 i tried to make my payment online, and the screen said that it was unable to take the payment as their was a contract change pending. To this date i have not been able to make the payment, Gm has been blowing up co signers phone but wont answer mine, and the corporate contact that was supposed to be addressing this and contacting GM financial for me, has ceased to respond. I now have 2 buyers orders, and 6 registrations and no one one to fix, respond, or have any of the of the contractual issues, false dmv docutments, or car repair issues that have been yet to be resolved because Chevy has decided that they dont give loaners, they make you pay 200 deposit to enterprise rental, when enterprise normally takes a 50 deposit, but because Chevy entered into that contract and didnt disclosed at the time of purchase that i wasnt actually getting a loaner, i was renting my own car, i am stuck with this, which i didnt agree to. Chevy Corp, who is a subsidiary of General Motors and also is financially connected to Gm Financial; has insisted that they cannot be responsible for Dealers who pay them for inventory as well as bear their name for a hefty price. I have called the Parent company as well as traditional customer service as well as Sirius, onstar and My chevy link trying to resolve these technology issues from day one, only to be told for the price of putting my credit card on file and allowing them to charge an extra 100.00 a month for services i NEVER RECEIVED, and was sold to me as part of the RS PACKAGE UPGRADES WHICH INCLUDED WIFI CONNECTION, 4G CONNECTION, WHICH IS ALL UNTRUE, because all the info for activation was going to the co signer. that i was S.O.L.
