Nightmare and we haven’t even left yet

5 years ago we took an Ireland trip booked with Great Value Vacations and it was an awesome trip. Unfortunately our experience with this same trip 5 years later has been a total nightmare. I made the grave mistake of trying to book this trip while the company was in the process of changing their online platform. I spent a total of 16 hours of my time online, on hold and speaking with representatives to simply get this trip booked. Now that the trip is booked I have had to call three times so far to correct "glitches" that keep happening. The first "glitch" changed all of the travelers birthdays to January 1, 001. I called and got this corrected. The second call was to try and correct the driver for the car rental information which I have yet to get resolved. The third call was to correct the travelers names because for some reason at 2:32 am all of the travelers last names were changed to be the same which I am told "must have been a glitch in the system". We (9 people) leave in less than two weeks on this trip and I am terrified that we will not even be able to get on the plane because the travelers information keeps getting changed to incorrect information because of "glitches". The price on this trip is excellent but it is totally not worth all of the hassle. Do yourself a favor and book your trips with someone else because it is not worth your time and effort to get this company to book your trip correctly. Whoever's brilliant idea it was to change their online system and implement it before all of the kinks were worked out should be fired.
