Nicor was a no show

I had a scheduled appointment to turn on my service of 8/3/2019, Time window is 4pm to 8pm. Even had a reminder message on my phone the previous day to make sure I would be here. Its now 830 pm and nothing! No call no show. Completely wasting my time. Very unprofessional
