I just received a Nickent Omen Tour Series 2 Putter in the mail and as soon as I opened the box I saw that the bottom of the putter is chipping and just doesn't look good and brand new (picture below) I also never received the extra weights or tool to fix the weights with the products and I was supposed to. I am a very consistent and loyal costumer with Dicks and I never usually have any issue with my orders but this bothers me, especially buying something brand new. Having it chipped and forgetting the tool to adjust the club itself is not acceptable to me. Please let me know what I have to do because this is very frustrating.
