Nick Hindle from Code 7 Music runs a distribution website for musical CDs in the U.K. His company Storm Warning Entertainment Ltd /Code 7 distributes the CD's through PHD (Plastic Head Distribution) and other European music stores/distributors. Our first experience was negative and our account is SUPPOSE to be closed. We gave Nick and Storm Warning Entertainment Ltd /Code 7 FOUR releases from our label. With a little over 200 copies of CDs (with a payout to be paid of $1200 Dollars U.S.) lent to Nick Hindle for Storm Warning Entertainment Ltd /Code 7, we received only one payment of $159.97. Our company started working with Nick in June of 2012. Nick stated we would receive monthly statements and payments. Once he had DHL come and pick our label's product, we never heard from his company again.In March of 2013, we finally got Nick Hindle to reply. He then fronted us statements for each month since the beginning of working with him. Then he followed by stating our products were not worth carrying due to low sales and that he's decided to close our account and that our remaining $1000 + of product would be destroyed. He wired us one payment of $159.97 and on March 27th, 2013 then stated all titles would be removed from the Plastic Head (PHD) catalog, his Storm Warning Entertainment Ltd /Code 7 catalog and all other distro immediately. As of May 8th, he's still selling all products with no change. When emailed, he does not respond.We warn EVERYONE whom works with Nick Hindle for Storm Warning Entertainment Ltd /Code 7. You may not get paid, you may not get a monthly sales statement as promised and you may not get any type of contact back at all. There is much better music distribution around every corner of Europe.
