Owner is *** and a total sleaze. He acts like a total know it all. Jewelry there is ok but nothing special. Selection doesn't vary much and have seen the same old tired pieces that haven't sold for the past 5 years or so. Also advertises on his personal site that he does repairs on premises which is not true. Purchased a ring with a chipped stone, said he would replace, never did. The only positive 5 star review on this store you can find anywhere online is from "Paul Balzano" who is the OWNER of this store ~ haha good try! You can find better quality, variety, and service at the Goldmine or Freeman & Foote which are both small stores in the local area. At least these stores can afford to offer a wide selection of jewelry and watches instead of making their customers browse through catalogs (because Paul can't afford to order jewelry up front in order to display it)
