I tried them on when I received them and it was like a 5 yr old trying on her mothers bra. I called them about an "exchange". They agreed to "exchange" them....by this they apparently mean that I get to buy two more suits and they MIGHT refund my money from the first suits. I say might because in the 3 conversations that I have had with them so far I was told two times that I will get a refund to my card, and the third time that my refund would be in the form of a "giftcard" that can only be used.....at swimsuitsfor all. The swimsuits had dropped in price by half in the two weeks it took me to contact them. I told the customer service person that I would of course like the lower price. The only way to get the lower price is to REPURCHASE the suits....in the meantime my "refund" is in limbo. She told me it would take 3-5 days for a different department to issue me a new shipping label, since I didn't keep my paperwork. I waited 5 days and recontacted them. Letty told me that I had to be patient. I told her that it is interesting that they can take my money instantly, but a credit takes weeks. very interesting. I read over the policy on their website. It says NOTHING about issuing a credit in the form of a "giftcard". Sleazy to the max. Still waiting.........
