Nice Customer Service, Awful Company Site

Enrolled in autopay after I bought the sample for $1. I was angry to see that I was charged $69 but customer service answered my questions very well. The Amora customer login site, however, leaves many questions to be answered and doesn't show you where to edit your shipment preferences. From what I know, calling customer service is the only way to cancel the auto-shipments. To Amora Coffee: Make your terms and conditions box BIGGER. Don't try to discretely sign customers up for auto ship and not emailing them about it. There's a reason why a lot of people are complaining about the $69 coffee shipment!
