Dear Customer Care Manager On 15th April'12, I subscribed for Hindustan Times for a period of 6months of Amount Rs. 299/- under Super Saver Offer as my 3month subscription is due to expire . I am disappointed because the service has not performed as it should be from that day as i keep on asking and follow up several times with my vendor who is providing newspaper but to no avail AND also called up Customer Care- HT min. 20times in this time period. To resolve the problem I would appreciate your state the action on this Regards Sunil.
