New Volvo — Terrible Expereince

Our brand new XC40 just stopped working an hour from our home. 2019 mode- Car just shut down. The key fob is a mess cuz if it breaks the key doesn't start the car. You are stuck. So they tow us to a Volvo near where we got stuck. I spent $100 on uber alone to get home. The DON BEYER VOLVO in Dulles wouldn't even give us a loaner, even though thats where we bought it and we took it where the VOLVO on call told to. (BTW they are so outsourced and uneducated its unreal. No idea how to solve issues.) 2 days they still have no idea why it shut down and our dealer still has not given us a loaner. Just terrible. Both DarCars in Rockville (towed to) and Don Beyer Volvo in Dulles are not good dealers. Buyer Beware.
