I recently subscribed to this paper for Sunday editions for a year paid in advance. I received the first two issues. Today, the third issue due did not arrive. They no longer "redeliver" missed issues, as I understand they once did; they only offer to extend the subscription for missed deliveries. The solution? Subscribe to The New York Times or The Washington Post for your National news. Rely on your local free paper (if available) as I do with The Dunedin (Florida) Beacon. It is no wonder The Tampa Bay Times appears to be failing, as their delivery service seems unreliable. User's recommendation: Subscribe to a newspaper other than The Tampa Bay Times.
