Good morning, I am writing about a new pump I purchased from Walmart. I just set it up 4 days ago and have come to find my pool with a significant amount of water lost. What we initially thought was a leak in the liner was actually a leak coming from the pump itself. Upon further investigation we found there was a crack at a very significant part of the pump (the threading on the motor). Walmart will not accept the return because it is a defect in the product and of no fault of their own being that it was new. I have pictures of the crack that I would like to include in this email, but do not see any place I can attach them. What can be done in this sort of situation?
