I processed my order March 1st 2020. Received a confirmation and they took my money out of my account . Each day since then I go into my email to check the tracking number that I received. And it tells me the same thing that item is not found ? I have not been able to track my package already for 2 weeks! Can someone please assist me with getting my product delivered to me that I paid for?
