New My Synovus Website

I have been trying for over three weeks (four calls) to set up my accounts on the new My Synovus web site. I have made repeated calls to their customer support hoping that they would fix the problem. Each time they said that will send the problem to the IT Department. I still cannot get my accounts set up under their new system. I have no idea on how I am going to make payments on my credit card as the "card view" is no longer active. My next step is to take my business to another bank. I have two large accounts at Synovus and I am sure the other bank would be delighted to get my business!!!!!!!!! User's recommendation: Take your business elsewhere!
