New Laptop Flickering Issue not Resolved last 23 Days

Hi, As of now I don't get a solution from your team and not expecting this kind of response from your Team. Are you people waiting to Reply or solve this Issue for 8 Month . This is the way you are handling your New customers?. 1st Ticket id - 200********- Problem not resolved , But they closed this ID. But I don't know how is it possible ?? 2nd Ticket id - 200278**** - Request raised on 23/06/21, But as of now I don't get any call from ur side...
