I messed up. I closed on the house before they were done. The sale lady and the regional manager were very convincing and talked about quality. I was so wrong to trust them. Took another 9 weeks after I closed to fix the issues but that wasn’t the end of it. I have had nothing but issues. At first they warranty workmanship issues then they started to say no and that I was not part of the warranty. They have a two year warranty that is a joke with so many exclusions. I have had cracked and damaged cabinets in both bathrooms and kitchen. I have had hardwood floor issues, texture on my drywall that have little holes in just about every room, paint issue, sprinkler head being buried 4” in the dirt, poor caulking inside and outside the home, chip title in the shower where the door was installed, shower door that wobbles with you open and close due to had frame support, and more.
