I have been a Diet Snapple drinker for years and liked the product very much because it actually tasted like tea with lemon, tea with raspberry, and tea with peach. The recent change to the formula for all 3 flavors in the 24-pack has removed everything that was good. It does not taste like tea at all anymore, and there are nasty chemical after-notes. It doesn't even look like tea anymore. It looks more like a bad version of those powdered mixes. I'm beyond disappointed. I literally poured the especially vile lemon ones down the drain today. I’ve given feedback on the Snapple site that asks them to revert to the previous formula. Why change something that was really, really good, relative to other brands? To make MORE money? They’ve lost a lifelong customer. I've sent the company detailed feedback and posted a review on Amazon as well.
