New format stinks.. I’m going to stop paying

This new format is for the birds.. took away my hidden object games then playing scrabble.. JUST start my turn and it times me out.. I am disconnected all the time and empty tables showing when choosing play robots.. what a crock. What were they smoking when they redesigned this? User's recommendation: NO RECOMMENDATION don't pay for this.
