I have been a customer of American Greetings for many like 15 yrs or longer. I have always loved it and I make all my own cards and people look forward to receiving them. A few months ago they changed their format and I really hate it. They should have left well enough alone. I have issues ( and many different ones) and it’s just not as user friendly as it was before. I wish they would go back to their original format.
