New contract
Very bad service!!! I completed application online on line 1st of January 2021 for new contract and phone. Received NO feedback regarding my application. One day consultant phoned...all good and well. Nothing was mentioned that application was not successful!! After a long wait another consultant phoned, confirming the application and confirm that the new phone will be delivered in 14 working days.!! Today the 2nd of February I phoned to inquire about my phone, when will I receive it. Lady at Vodacom call centre told me that the application was unsuccessful!! I call this unprofessional service!! Nobody informed me!! No phone call! No message to say that my application was not successful! And Way my application was unsuccessful!! I can't complain about the service because there was NO SERVICE! User's recommendation: NO RECOMMENDATION!!".
