New coffee pot no good

Have bought two rd series easy color code measuring system both are no good stopped working the first one in two weeks will not brew second one stopped brewing in three weeks worst coffee pot I ever bought. Need to dicontune fire the person who developed it. User's recommendation: Dont ever buy the easy code measuring system.
