I went for a straight wash and cut. Asked at reception if anyone was free. I was not informed about any prices or as to who was going to cut my hair. (example senior stylist) My hair was washed and the towel put on my head had a horrible musty smell. My hair cut took 5 minutes. I informed the stylist I was not happy with the cut. She informed me it was fine. I was charged £50.00 for a five minute hair cut. I paid and complained the next day by Telephone I rang several times, before the manger got back to me. She was rude and did not listen to what I had to say. Basically I should have been informed that I have senior stylist and this is how much it will cost me. I am 65 old pensioner. I call this a total rip off.
