Got a two brand new Shaw Our place i carpets just placed down 3/15/19 which have bleach like stains with no color left in them. Company and store refuse to send out a rep. to look at. Will not give me a claim number and company has done nothing but blame us for spilling something. Spots have appeared in two different rooms only on the Shaw 2019 carpets we ordered. They refused to send anyone to look at carpet unless we had it prof. cleaned. Cleaning co. said it is not dirty and there is no dye in those spots and cleaning could make it worse,
