Sam Carboyan met with my wife and me and provided excellent customer service during our time at the dealership. The finance business manager wasn't too happy with us, as we didn't purchase any of the extended warranties offered. He was nice and courteous but made a few mistakes on the paperwork that cause some delay. Overall, I'd say our visit to the Killeen Automax was good.
