New Air handler leaking

My almost new air handler is leaking. My AC technician does not know what the problem is. Trance say I can only talk to the AC technician about this and say its down to him to resolve directly with Trane. Going round in circles. User's recommendation: Don’t buy Trane; aftercare service is awful.
