My name is Steve Jenkins I was building a house in 2017 and bought a fire place and it set in our new house till the end of 2017before we installed it. We moved in Dec. 2017 and have now be it for a over a year and I can still not get it work. I have talked to them several times with no luck on making it work. cleaned it adjusted on it and cussed it with still no luck. Was going to just bite the bullet and order new parts to go in it, but they have been out of stock for over a year, what I am wondering is this a bad temperature control valve are a bad built in regulator that feeds the temperature control. I thought about sending it back to see if I could get it repaired, but spent most of my money on building this new home. My number is 903-826-****
