Placed 2 orders on 12/3/19 for Christmas; when I ordered the site said delivery on 12/16 - 12/20 and the other, which I was shipping directly to the recipient, was 12/17. I went on the site around 12/12 to check status and the 1st ordered had now changed to 12/26 - 12/30 and I NEVER received an email or any sort of notification so I ended up cancelling. The 2nd order was still on target for a 12/17 delivery. I checked that order on 12/16 and shipping info still said waiting to be shipped. I called and they could not tell me definitively what was going on; only that it was still scheduled to deliver on 12/17. Needless to say...it did not deliver. I called on 12/18 since, at this point I was unable to track the package and ended up with another useless customer service representative named Sherry who was unable to assist and when spoke sternly asking her to dig further since I was given the same runaround 2 days prior AND the package at this point did not deliver..she asked me to stop yelling at her...and somehow I was calming her down instead of her calming me down. Thankfully I ended up with Jamie who was the best and was able to locate my package and give me a tracking number. Other than that, to be affiliated with Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma, which is why I even considered business with them, this was a terrible experience...especially since it was my first experience.
