I Went to the USPS website to change my address & somehow got on this website! The company took $49.90 out of my account to pay for their services! I wanted the $1 that the USPS charges. After calling the post office & asking why they charge $49.90 & she said they only charge $1 when changing the address online. She told me to check on my bank statement & if it said Change of address fast.com I’m pretty much screwed cuz I will get the run around! Yup! She was right! Even tho their website & the on hold voicemail says...we love our customers & offer a 60 day money back guarantee nothing has been refunded! Since the money was taken out of my account on 10/28/19 I’m in that 60 day window right? When I called them to ask about my refund the rep said oh it will be refunded into ur account in 3-5 business days! I have received no refund! Ive called 16 times & emailed every single day! When I do call they either put me on hold (for over an hour)to find the manager, hung up on or (better yet) sit on the phone & put themselves on mute! Oh & they won’t tell u their name after awhile cuz they may be held responsible! This place is awful!! I’ve contacted BBB & they are fully aware of the situation!
