On Jan. 2 of 2020 I went to MyEyeDr in Woodstock, GA . to get new reading glasses. I', 86 and my eyes change from year to year. The first pair of lenses they made fell out of the frames the moment I picked up the glasses. I returned 7 or 8 times to have them fixed, and they kept falling out. I was complaining that the problem was urgent because I had medical forms from the start I had to fill, OR I COULD LOSE MY HEALTH INSURANCE. I pleaded with they to start over and RUSH the job for the reason just stated. They ended up taking 28 days to make a pair of reading glasses, resulting in MY LOSING MY HEALTH INSURANCE AT 86. I contacted MyEyeDr's CEO with my complaint and asked that they write a letter on my behalf explaining what happened on their end so I might be able to get my health insurance reinstated.THEY ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO HELP ME. A Mr.Lee sent a very short letter with misleading and false statements about events on their end. We got into on the phone and Mr. Lee said MyEyeDr WOULD ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR THEIR ACTIONS. I went to Walmart for my 2nd pair of glasses, and the were finished and back in 5 days. MyEyDr is both UTTERLY INCOMPETENT AT WHAT THEY DO AND JUST ANOTHER DAMN CORRUPT COMPANY Making Reading Glasses that does not care about its customers.
