They are horrible !!!! My parents are handicapped and they moved in with me and so we needed to transfer there number to At &t at my home . All we needed was a pin number well they have there same number for 30 years and we verified both parents over the phone but no they would not give us the pin. Then I asked to email the pin and they said no. So we waited a week for a pin and nothing in the mail but in the meantime someone moved in there house and shut the number off!!! Really we called and asked to keep the number way ahead waiting for a pin so at & t can get in the account to transfer it over. But yet they allow some stranger to shut our phone off!!!!! Absolutely horrible never again!! Please don't use there phone service!!
