Update by user Mar 01, 2020 The headquarters office called me (after a month of calling them) and said they are looking into the problem but hasn’t called me back since.I went back by the shop where my truck was and foind it’s not there anymore. They have towed or moved it without informing me and I am now thinking stollen. Original review posted by user Jan 30, 2020 First my name is Chris Yager and secondly yes, I made the call to meineke corporate office and still haven't heard back (a week later). There apparently is no urgency with this company. Either they just do not care about how they neglected my vehicle or they do this sort of thing often making them to busy to call me back! For anyone reading this, the updated version is this company has had multiple chances to warranty their work and on this last visit they stripped my vehicle down and pushed it out into the rain. Windows down with freshly redone interior, and all my circuits and stereo out on top of truck to get mass soaked.
