Ordered 12/7 and card was charged 12/8. Requested 12/14 delivery. Product supposedly shipped 12/18 but wasn't received for 4 weeks. I emailed several times for updates and to cancel order with no reply. There is no phone number because company is in China (you don't know that until you see the origin of the shipping). The shipping "tracking" is ridiculous. Will never buy from this company again and suggest you don't either. TERRIBLE service!
