I tried to purchase a vehicle from Crown Dodge on June 15, 2011. I traded my 2008 leased Honda Accord in. They told me I was told I was approved and I drove out. This was after 6 hours of being there. After two weeks of having the car they told me I have to bring the car back because I was not approved. July 1, I took the car back and they returned my Honda to me. They has put 1000 miles on my Honda(I have to pay for overage when I tune it in), and my 6 CD's were never returned to me. Also, my car was filthy inside. It had pine needles and something that looked like dog *** in the trunk. I have never had an experience like this in a dealership. I asked them again and again, am I approved? They said oh yes you are. Shame on you Crown Dodge. I will never go back and if I hear of anyone wanting a Dodge or Chrysler and know they are going there, I am going to state my opinion!
