I had foot surgery in Oct 2020 and my claim has still not been paid. I have called every month since December 2020 and have always been told its being worked on. I paid my total out of pocket for the year on the day of my surgery and since then I have been told that either my deductible has not been met which on the day of the surgery it was along with my out of pocket. I have had to pay co pays the rest of the time also. Mind you my insurance calendar year is Oct 2020 to Sept 30 2021. So I had surgery the first month of my insurance calendar year. This meritain company is ridiculous. User's recommendation: Don’t bother, if it’s company insurance that is being offered to you dispute the option.
