My husband and I brought our 5 teenage daughters here for a winter getaway vacation that turned out to be terrible. The same exact day we checked in at 2PM the maid service came at 5PM when we were at dinner downstairs. All 5 of my teenage daughter's had left their winter jackets (all of them have 3-in-1 winter jackets with down liners zipped in the middle) and snow pants right on the floor by our suit cases. The maid took all their winter jackets and snow pants to the laundry room. Right when we got there the maid was ABOUT to put everything in the washer. By the way...the maid has 3 full garbage sized cans full of laundry in it. We asked if our daughter's could get their winter jackets/snow pants back and the maid said, "No! I have to put everything I have in this laundry can into the washing machine." We asked why she took them and she replied, "the jackets were on the floor and the snow pants were dirty." We then asked why she is washing the winter jackets and she replied, "they were close to the snow pants and were on the floor where I was unable to vacuum so I had to pick them up." We asked how long this would take and she told us once the winter jackets and snow pants are done they will be separated and inserted in different dryers for 5 hours & then I will return everything to you tomorrow morning at 7AM. It was 7AM and she brought ONLY the snow pants back in a bag. We called the front desk and asked to be transferred to laundry. A male picked up and when my husband asked where are our daughters winter jackets he answered, "we apologize but the liner jackets that are inside each jacket need to be dried separately from the jacket and we had to run all the jackets again but they will be delivered to you in 3 hours." The male guy who we talked to on the phone brought the winter jackets back 3 1/2 hrs later. After 4 of my daughter's put their snow pants on they attempted to put their winter jackets on...the dryer had shrunken them to a point where they were barely able to put them on. Never staying here again!
