Their sale people are professional liars who will do ANYTHING to get you to sign up or Renew their stupid contracts. DON'T DO IT, you have been warned. Years ago if you had to close your business, they were awesome. Now they take full advantage of hardships, and won't work with you even if you transfer to Residential service. They tried to charge $600 ETF and thought they were doing me a giant "favor" by reducing it to $250?? I was a faithful customer for 15 years and I had already fulfilled many contracts and bought my modem outright. I will be filing a complaint with the FCC and PUC about this :-)
