Update by user Mar 14, 2020 As of 3-14, have received no contact from Brylane concerning this matter. Finally received the incorrect order back at our home 8 days ago. Original review posted by user Feb 13, 2020 Ordered a Christmas gift for my Daughter, original order was cancelled without notifying us. Scrambled and ordered them a set of very nice sheets. On Dec 25, they found out they were the wrong size. First of Jan, a three way conversation with myself, my Daughter, and Brylane, got the correct sheets ordered, and told 60 days to return the wrong ones. Today found out Bryland was refusing to credit the return of the incorrect sheets since they arrived a couple of days past the original order date that ended up being the wrong sheets. Brylane said sorry about that, no exceptions to the rule, and sorry the rep was not clear. Went up three levels of Customer Service. NO EXCEPTIONS they said.
