I ordered the wig and knew shipping would take a bit longer as it is not a US company. After a month they still hadn't sent it and listed it as being Prepared. I can't canccel it now as their cancellation policy only gives you a very short window to cancel and if you don't do it within 24 hours they don't return but a reduced amount of what they charged at the time of the order. User's recommendation: Do not do business with this company.
